How does your turnout account for VBM ballots or not?
The commissioners have sent me the count of ballots received as of Sunday. I just add the total counts in as a baseline. That part is very unsophisticated but hasn’t hurt us in past elections. (As of Sunday those counts were 56K votes submitted with 37K still outstanding, though obviously more will arrive by the deadline.)
